Terms & Conditions

The service provided by MyPlate.lu, operated by Group 27 S.à r.l.-S., consists of license plate monitoring and notification. Please note that no reservation is made with the SNCA (Société Nationale de la Circulation Automobile); MyPlate.lu only monitors the availability of license plates and informs the user accordingly.
The price for the service is €49 per year, with a term of 12 months, automatically renewed annually. The subscription may be cancelled at any time before the end of the current term.
MyPlate.lu assumes no liability for the actual reservation or allocation of license plates, as this process is exclusively managed by the SNCA.
Once a customer subscribes and pays for the monitoring of a specific license plate, that plate is exclusively assigned to that customer within the MyPlate.lu system; no other person may monitor the same plate.
The contract language is German, French, or English.
